We ended up having such a fun day here. I was a little worried the lines would be a nightmare with the kids, but they actually moved fast, which was a huge relief. The kids loved the water park and didn’t want to leave.

I’ll be honest, I was bracing myself for a full-on meltdown kind of day when we took my autistic son to Sesame Place. Theme parks can go from fun to chaos in about two seconds for him. But the staff were genuinely patient, and that made such a difference. The quiet room was a lifesaver when things got too overwhelming, and the ride access pass took a lot of the pressure off the day. Was it perfect? No. The food lines were still long and loud, which was rough. But overall, it really felt like they were trying to make the experience easier for kids like my son, and that meant a lot. We’d definitely go again.

We went with my son, who uses a wheelchair, and this whole visit was a lot smoother than I thought it would be. The staff were really kind and helped us figure out the accessibility pass and all that, plus they explained which rides would actually work for him.
Getting around was easy, the bathrooms were clean, and we never felt like we were being a hassle or anything like that. It just made the day feel way less stressful for our family, and I’m really grateful for that.

I was a bit disappointed. A lot of the rides felt old, and there just wasn’t much variety to keep things interesting. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again got really annoying after a while. It kind of took away from the fun...

We took the kids to Sesame Place and I was kind of expecting parking to be a hassle, but it was actually really easy. The price felt fair for a theme park, and we didn’t have to walk a mile just to get to the entrance, which, especially with kids and all the stuff you end up carrying, was a huge relief. Getting out afterward was surprisingly smooth too, no crazy traffic mess or sitting forever. It definitely made the whole day feel a lot less stressful.

I mean, the reservation did go through, so that part was fine, but the app kept freezing while I was trying to book and it got annoying. I’d tap something and then just sit there waiting, wondering if it was loading or stuck again. It worked in the end, but the whole process felt more irritating than it needed to be.

The queue situation was rough, because the wait times kept changing, nobody on staff really explained what was going on, the kids started getting tired and cranky fast, and for what we paid I just expected the whole thing to be a lot more organized and less stressful.

I went with my kids and, i got frustrated fast. The lines felt like they took forever, the food was way too expensive, and when the little ones got tired, there was barely any shade to sit in. A couple of the staff were nice, but some acted like answering basic questions was a huge inconvenience. For somewhere that’s supposed to be made for kids, it really didn’t feel easy or relaxing for families

The park was really clean when I visited. The bathrooms and walkways were all kept up nicely, which sorta made the whole day feel more comfortable.

The park itself was fine, and we still had an okay day, but the staff could’ve been a lot friendlier. I know it’s easy to make a snap judgment, but when you ask for help and someone just points or seems annoyed, my brain immediately files that under “not very welcoming.” A couple of people gave us barely any explanation, which made things more frustrating than they needed to be. For the price, I just expected a little better service

I had to cancel our visit at the last minute and was nervous about how the refund would go. Thankfully, the policy was easy enough to understand, and I got everything sorted without too much back and forth. It did take a little patience, so my advice is to read the policy closely and give it a bit of time before stressing. In the end, it worked out fine, and I was happy with how it was handled.

I went with my kids and the bathrooms were better than I expected. They stayed clean most of the day, the sinks had soap, and the floors weren’t gross. Looked like the staff checked on them often. No complaints from me.

Right away, I had a good feeling about the security setup. The staff were easy to spot, and the bag check moved quickly, which helped a lot. I was there with my kids, my gut told me we were in a safe, well-managed place. We felt comfortable the whole day

The tickets weren’t exactly cheap, but for our trip it felt fair once we were there. We made a full day of it with rides, shows, food breaks, and the kids stayed excited the whole time, so in that context I felt like we got our money’s worth.
I’d probably feel differently if we’d only had a few hours or if it was super crowded, but for how our day went, I can’t really complain. I’d go again, especially if we found a similar deal.

The kids absolutely loved meeting Elmo and Abby, they were both so sweet and patient with us. whoever runs this did a great job making it feel fun and easy for families...

We ended up having such a fun time. The shows were really cute, and the parade made my kids so happy, which was reassuring because I wasn’t sure if they’d stay interested the whole time. We sang along, relaxed a bit, and ended up staying way longer than we planned. Definitely a really fun day.

The food was a letdown. It was cold by the time we got it and tasted bland, especially for what we paid at Sesame Place. What made it more frustrating was that there was barely any human contact anywhere, so if you had a question or an issue, it felt like you were just on your own. I expected a lot better.

I saw the price and assumed it would be just okay, but it ended up being worth the money. Nothing fancy, but it did the job and I’m happy with it.

We spent the day at Sesame Place, i was pleasantly surprised. I was a little nervous about the heat going in, but in my experience, there was a lot more shade than I thought there would be, which made a big difference.

I also really appreciated that there were benches and places to sit in a lot of the areas. As a parent with little kids, it felt nice not having to be on our feet the entire time or constantly search for a spot to rest.

For me, that made the whole visit feel much easier and less stressful. We had a really good time, and I’d definitely go back again.
